THEME AND OBJECTIVES OF PICC 2023

PICC2023 is the 4th IEEE edition of the highly successful biennial conference series PICC. The theme of PICC2023 is “Instrumentation, Control, Communication and Computing techniques for a smarter and energy efficient tomorrow”. The conference focuses to explore latest technologies, issues, trends, strategies in the area of Instrumentation, Power, Communication and Computing systems and the challenges that are faced by present industry and to find smart and energy efficient solutions for a better society and environment-friendly digital world. The main objective of this conference is to provide a platform for researchers, academicians and professionals from industry all over the world to present their research and share their ideas and expertise in tune with the given theme. The conference also provides opportunities for professional networking and collaboration with other researchers.

CALL FOR PAPERS

Research papers are solicited from prospective authors to IEEE PICC 2023. The papers must be submitted electronically before the submission deadline. Maximum paper length is limited to six pages including tables, figures and references. The conference paper should be prepared in two column IEEE standard conference format as per the guidelines of IEEE and the template available in the link: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html The papers submitted must be original, not previously published or accepted for publication or under consideration for publication elsewhere, and should not be submitted to any other event for publication during the paper review process.


PUBLICATION

All the papers presented in the conference will be submitted to IEEE for publication in IEEE Xplore, which will be indexed in Web of Science, IEEE Global Spec, Scopus, IET Inspec etc.

Marcos Alonsa received the M. Sc. Degree and Ph. D. (with honors) both in electrical engineering, from the University of Oviedo, Spain, in 1990 and 1994 respectively. Since 2007, he is a full Professor at the Electrical Engineering Department of the University of Oviedo, in Asturias, Spain
